Every figure includes the review appointments. Where a treatment is priced per tooth it says so, because a quote for "veneers" that does not say how many is not a quote.

Twelve and twenty four months are interest free. Thirty six months carries interest, so the total you repay is higher than the treatment price, and we will show you that number in writing rather than only the monthly one. Finance is subject to a credit check and you can settle early at any point without a penalty.

What the ninety five pounds buys you

An hour, with a dentist, not a treatment coordinator. You leave with the photographs, the scan and a written plan, and you are free to take all of it to another practice for a second opinion. Several people do, and that is fine.

  • Full examination, including the teeth you were not asking about
  • Photographs and a 3D scan, emailed to you the same day
  • A digital preview of the proposed result, on your own teeth
  • Two or three options at different prices, including the cheapest honest one
  • A written quotation, fixed for ninety days
  • The fee deducted in full if you go ahead

What we will talk you out of

We turn down more cosmetic work than we take. These are the four we refuse most often, and the reasons are the same every time.

01 Veneers on healthy teeth

Preparing a sound tooth for a veneer removes enamel that does not grow back, and commits you to replacing that veneer roughly every fifteen years for the rest of your life. If bonding will do it, we will do bonding.

02 Whitening over decay

Whitening an unhealthy mouth makes the problem whiter. We will not start cosmetic work until the gums are settled and the decay is gone, even when you are only here for the one appointment.

03 Eight units when four will do

The upsell in this industry is the arch. If only the four front teeth show when you smile, you are being quoted for six you will never see, and you should ask why.

04 Work booked on the day you first walk in

Nothing gets booked at the consultation. You take the plan home, you sleep on it, and if we do not hear from you we do not chase you about it.

Everything is read twice before a plan is written, once on the day and once by whoever is not treating you. It catches about one plan in twenty and it costs you nothing.

If the work turns out to need more than we quoted, that is our error in reading the scan, and we carry it. The only thing that changes a quoted fee here is you asking for something different after we have started, and even then we stop and write it down first.
