Mindmallow

Worksheets from $4 and a whole-toolkit bundle at $39, sorted into 16 topics for adults, teens and younger children with ADHD or executive-function difficulties. Mindmallow is a store we designed, built and run, and no person touches an order between payment and download.

Mindmallow website, designed and built by Hire The Creatives

Mindmallow is a digital worksheet store for people with ADHD and executive-function difficulties, which we designed, built and run ourselves. Browse, buy, download, all handled without a human touching the order.

Selling digital products is not the same as selling physical ones

The buyer expects the file within seconds, on whatever device they bought it on, and they expect to get it again later when they lose it. There is no packing slip and no second chance to make it right. If delivery fails, the customer has paid and received nothing, which is the worst possible first impression.

What it had to get right

  • Payment and fulfilment as one unbroken path. Payment taken, file delivered, receipt sent, no manual step in the middle.
  • Files that cannot leak. A paid download that is guessable by URL is not a store, it is a giveaway.
  • Fast, calm browsing. The audience is people who struggle with clutter and overwhelm, so the interface had to be quiet rather than busy.
  • Findable products. Each item needs to stand on its own in search rather than hiding behind a shop page.

What we learned

The single most valuable thing we built was not a feature, it was a check: an automated test of the whole purchase path, because a broken checkout is invisible until somebody complains. We have since found silently broken payment paths on other sites, including our own, purely because we knew to look. That check is now part of how we hand over any site that takes money.

If you sell anything online

Whether it is worksheets, physical stock or a booking, the principle holds: the money path must be monitored, not assumed. That is included in every e-commerce build we do rather than being an upsell.

Frequently asked questions

How much do Mindmallow worksheets cost?

$4 for the cheapest single worksheets, $12 to $16 for themed bundles, and $39 for The Whole Adult Toolkit, as listed on mindmallow.com in October 2026. Every worksheet can be tried free before buying.

Who is Mindmallow for?

3 age groups: adults 18 and over, teens aged 11 to 17, and children aged 4 to 10 working through it with a grown-up. The worksheets are organised into 16 topics.

Does anyone process Mindmallow orders by hand?

No. Payment, file delivery and receipt run as one automated path, and the whole purchase path is tested automatically so a broken checkout is caught before a customer finds it.

Can Mindmallow worksheets be filled in on screen?

Yes. They work in the browser and save as you type, and any of them can be printed or saved as a PDF at any time.

Your turn

We build client sites like we have to run them

Because we run our own. A fixed price agreed up front, live in weeks, and you own the lot.
