What did Webflow change about its plans?
The site plans most guides still describe, CMS and Business, are no longer on the pricing page. In their place are Basic, for sites without a CMS, and a new Premium plan marked “NEW” that includes the CMS, with bandwidth that scales in tiers from 50 GB. A new Team plan sits above them at $2,500 a month on an annual contract. If you are reading a comparison that mentions the CMS plan, its prices are out of date.
How much does Webflow cost in pounds?
Webflow charges in US dollars, so the sterling cost depends on the exchange rate on the day, plus VAT added at checkout for a UK customer. Your card provider may also charge a foreign transaction fee. Budget on the dollar price, converted, plus 20%.
Does a Webflow site need the Premium plan?
If it has a blog, a news section, case studies or any content you add to regularly through a CMS, yes. Basic is for static sites only. Most business sites that publish anything end up on Premium.
Are there extra costs on top of a Webflow site plan?
Yes, optional ones. Webflow’s page lists an Analyze add-on from $9 a month, based on sessions, and an Optimize add-on for A/B testing and personalisation from $299 a month. Webflow also lists Workspace plans for the people who build sites, separate from the site plan; the plans page includes a free Starter Workspace.
How much does a Webflow website cost over three years?
$900 on Premium, billed yearly, plus tax and exchange costs; $540 on Basic. That is the hosting and platform only. Webflow is a professional design tool, so the bigger cost is usually the designer who builds the site in it.
Is Webflow good for a small business?
Webflow is excellent for designers and for businesses with someone who can use it. It gives far more design control than Wix or Squarespace. It is also harder to learn, priced in dollars, and the site is tied to Webflow’s hosting. For a small business without a designer on hand, it is rarely the simplest route.
Can I export a Webflow site?
Check what your plan allows before you commit. In practice, moving a site that depends on Webflow’s CMS and hosting to another platform usually means rebuilding it there.
